Cristina works with CEOs, founders, and family business owners to build, scale, and transform organizations. She also coaches entrepreneurs and executives in Harvard Business School’s Owner/President and Advanced Management Programs.
Cristina’s area of investigation is blindspots, closing the gap between what we intend to do and actually do. She uses behavioral models to anticipate misperceptions and course correct early.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Cristina has extensive work experience in North America, Latin America, and Europe. She is a Fulbright Scholar, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in French and her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from The University of North Texas and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is trained in Kantor Systems Dynamics, DISC, MBTI, Adult Development, Immunity to Change, and certified as a coach with the International Coach Federation.
