End Well to Start Well
written by CRISTINA TABOADA |  SEP 28, 2021
Grieving loss is the process of ending well; a necessary closure allowing new attachments and bonds to form. By recognizing and celebrating endings, we create space for new beginnings.
- ATTACHMENT. The expectation of procession and emotional support.
- BONDING. Connection and meaningful relationship through the exchange of emotional energy.
- LOSS. The interruption of a bond.
- GRIEVING. The emotional stages of letting go to end well.
